Jarvee autopost to FB from IG?

Newbie, so please be gentle. I have a handful of IG accounts running through Jarvee, and am failing to figure out how to have the IG accounts auto post to a FB Page.

One account, I have setup on a burner phone. When i post to IG from the phone, it’s set to auto post to FB and does so no problem.

However, when this same account is posting to IG through Jarvee, no new posts show up on FB page.

am i missing something or is this feature not available?

Why not also put the FB accounts on Jarvee and do a separate campaign?

largely because i’m new and didnt see how that directly tied in.

it seemed as though the campaign was separate, while when done in my phone i have to do nothing. so i’m confused why this isnt doable in jarvee without seeing up a whole bunch of content in addition
