Hi,how can I export all the settings (tool follow/unfollw/ect…) made? I had used “Esport as binary file”, but then (I don’t know why) trying to upload to another Jarvee installation it told me that the file was not a valid binary … where did I go wrong? thanks
Are you still on free trial? I think you cannot import binary file during trial period, You can check with their support about it.

You need to have a paid license to be able to export/import accounts as binary files as far as I know.
if you do have a valid license and you still can’t import accounts, contact Jarvee support and send them one or two accounts to try from their side and they will fix your issue.
