Anyone experience this Error Code 46 - Cannot Find The Message Text Area?

Are you using the embedded browser for this account? See if you can hover over the red yes on the Dashboard > Summary and see the error screenshot.
I guess, there’s isn’t too many scrapers account hence it shows this error LOL
It’s best to contact Jarvee support regarding this matter. They’ll help you out faster.
if you are using the EB, stop/start the tool then open the EB and watch what Jarvee does, they might be missing/not clicking on the text area, you will get a better insight from there.
What tool is giving you that error message? I had the same error from the Contact tool. It was because the software couldn’t click on the accept button when a stranger had sent me a DM before I tried to DM that person. It was fixed by the devs. Always check the error image from Summary tab to see where it got stuck. If no error image is shown, just open the EB, then restart the tool that gives you that error and see on the EB what’s going on.

can you share that error screenshot, also, if that issue is consistent, better to contact Jarvee support.
I think that error happens because your account reaches the call limit for the EB. Do you have scrape with EB where possible checked on that account? I would suggest you also review your settings. They may be too aggressive. We can get that error when we do actions too fast.
