Every time I tried to use this feature the story was not totally visible.
What images resolution should I use in order to properly use this feature?

Wouldn’t use this. Either the wall or the story would get a screwed up resolution and won’t look good

Nope. Posts are 1080 x 1080 px, while stories are 1080 x 1920 px. You need to create different campaigns with different resolution content
so this feature on jarvee is useless right?
I would say so. I don’t see a situation in which I would use it
