You will need to create a campaign and select your groups in Where to publish tab as destinations, you can check the step by step guide here How To Post Using Jarvee - Jarvee
You can also contact the support, inside Jarvee go to DASHBOARD → Contact Support Tab
add your questions on the text field with all the details you can add about the matter/issue you have and attach the screenshots and files if needed and send the ticket and support will help with the issue or questions you have.
