Jarvee "Search In Progress" Solution

Hey!!
Well I am relatively new to this field of instagram marketing and I am learning all on my own with the help of this forum. I have been using jarvee since last 3 days and I encountered this problem for the like tool, wherein it went on to infinite “search in progress” loop, but somehow figured out to activate it again.
I would like to share what worked for me and might work for you as well. You can give it a try!

SOLUTION
All I did was :

  1. First created a dummy account and then copied global settings from main account to dummy
    account so that I don’t have to set them again.
  2. I deleted my main account.
  3. Now logged in to my main account again after 30 minutes or so.
  4. Copied all the global settings from dummy account to my main account.
  5. After 15 mins, the like tool was working again like a charm.
    If it doesn’t work for you, you can contact customer support!!

But won’t this reset all your warm up work of the account and result in blocks? when you create a new “dummy” account it’s like a brand new device to instagram, it will treat it as if you shared your login details with a service to boost likes and followers if you go with 150 actions a day from it without proper warm-up. Does it not?

Hey @chromatic !! I think there is a confusion :sweat_smile:
BY dummy account I dont mean creating a new account or adding up one. You just go to “add profile”.
Choose Instagram and then give any name to this profile, I chose to call it “dummy account”, I did not have to add username or password. It’s just a piece of empty entry sitting there. It shouldn’t even be called as account lol :sweat_smile:
I just made it for the sake of coping the global settings, as a means of backup!!
One can also do it in another way, like importing account as binary file.

How exactly did you log back in to your main tho?

I thought you meant a scrapper account.
there must be a reason why you keep getting Search in progress… did you check if you’re getting a red exclamation mark in Tools tab? maybe you get an error because the filters you’re using are too strict.

yeah, if you are stuck in the Search in progress you most probably had some errors, did you check the dashboard summary for errors?

Simply went to add profile and logged in with my account.

No no I did not mean scapper account :sweat_smile:
And no I dnt think my filters are strict. I think it just happened randomly, may be.

Well that’s a warm-up reset right there… When you Create new profie and log in, it’s a brand new device ID… For instagram it looks as it I io u’re logging in from a different / new device… and u need to do the warm-up on that account again, otherwise if you log in and start doing 100 actions there will be problems…

Try going to Tools tab, then click Show errors. Some errors don’t show red exclamation mark. In the export file you will see if there are errors related to the tool.

ohh I did not know that. So basically everytime when I log out and then log in my account in jarvee, will the device ID change?
Is there any way to keep it constant?

I don’t think that’s what @cromatic means, I think he’s referring to adding new accounts/profiles because doing a simple login and log out from the account won’t change your device ID

Yes, whenever you add a new account/profile in Jarve, it’s like a new unique phone :+1:, a simple log out and login on the same Jarve profile is no problem.
