Follow / unfollow
Start from 25 to 75 per day and increase gradually 15/10/20/25 until you hit some blocks/PV to figure out your limits;
Doing 200/350 per day should be fine, with of course night mode no more than 30 F per hour, and the ideal is having a day or 2 off,
Make sure you run the Like and full browser Ex tools too at least!!
