today I randomly received the request to verify my account via email or sms.
It has never happened before and I’m concerned.
My 14k account has been grown manually for long time and my whole working activity is based on it.
My settings are not extreme: around 400 unfollow/day and 250 follows.
for 2 days worked fine and now this.
Based on your experience, is it normal? Is the risk of being banned real?
My job is based on this and I don’t want to risk it all if indeed the risk is high
