Does anyone have a spreadsheet or file they use to log what actions amount they’ve done? I’m using a notebook and it’s a night mare

I used to use a notepad and just keep a tally with the day’s date. Not the most ‘comprehensive’ method, but really easy to keep up with for manual actions.
