Do they ruin organic traffic because IG will show future posts to these accounts rather than a followers account (as they limit the number of accounts that see our content anyway)?
Powerlikes kinda lost their power because panels struggle to provide high quality powerlikes due to the latest IG changes

I could agree with you on this. Ive noticed even finding a good Powerlike provider is almost impossible. At least for the quality sake. Although I did manage to try out one supplier that is very consistent with high quality accounts liking back. Might be something to check out.
According to my experience powerlikes were not useful even in 2017 maybe you guys did something better but i never got some boost of followers and engagement from using these like sellers promise amd it was just too expensive throwing of money. There are many ways IG can see if two accounts are engaged and connected. And now as you say too its hard to find good provider.

Man, you are wrong there. I used powerlikes until the infamous June update and was always on top of populars and explore pages. Badass engagement and around 5k followers / month without any automation just by using good hashtags…so yea. A quality (niche) PL service would be really valuable.
I didn’t used powerlikes yet but as far as I understood it’s better to find them outside of the panels/providers.
I would try to connect with bigger pages in your niche and ask them directly. You can talk about a price and for just liking few pics which is almost no work the most would do it. When you ask someone directly chances are higher that they aren’t giving ‘powerlikes’ 300x per day, so they would be more powerful.
When you connect with few people you can also talk about that they follow your page on a consistent basis that can help for sure. Some likes out of the nowhere aren’t that good like the ones from a big page following you.
I would try to network with few very big pages instead of a lot smaller ones.
