Last Comment Game to Drive Engagement on Facebook

Hi All!

It’s not a secret that video content is gaining momentum, and, in fact, a third of online activity is spent on watching a video. For that reason, we built a LiveReacting platform that helps businesses to step over the classic live streams with passive consumption to more interactive two-way formats. One of the formats we have recently started offering is the Last Comment Game.

The game is integrated into a live stream and successfully drives engagement by motivating people to leave comments (what makes their friends see it on their newsfeed and most likely join the game as well). The video creates a viral effect, as people are motivated to stay last with their comment and win. Besides that, people see their names and photos inside the live stream: LiveReacting automatically updates after every answer. So, no refreshing - the rankings are displayed in real-time, showing who’s the best.

With brining this novelty to the world of livestreaming, we’re not trying to do one game that can be used by everyone - we’re trying to get every business to make their own game that brings real interaction. The beauty of the creators space is that they each have a unique audience and can customize the game specifically for them. The proof that the format has been working for various businesses is a number of successful cases such as this one, which got over 130k comments during 2 days.To see how the Last Comment Game works, you can check out the tutorial
