Hi guys,
after sending a tweet my account has been locked and now I’m supposed to receive a phone call with a verification code in order to unlock it: that’s not a problem since the account is mine, it’s real and so is the phone number. The problem is that despite I tried several times to receive the phone call, I never got one, they just don’t call and there is no other way to unlock it.
I think this is ridiculous, now I have a 4-5 year old account locked after sending a tweet and the only way to unlock it doesn’t even work, and it’s not my fault.
I already opened a ticket but now who knows how long it’ll take before they answer me and, hopefully, unlock it…
Did this experience happen to someone else here? How did you solve it?
