Trying to reach FB chat. The problem is it never stops loading
Does anyone know how to fix it, and get connected to FB support?
UPD: Problem fixed all by itself. After 4 days of unavailability the chat became active.
Have you tried using a different browser? or try clear the cache and cookies on your current browser, re-login, then try to load the page again. See it works.

Yep. I used another browser, and tried to clear cache and cookies. It stays the same

I tried. I used another laptop, and even tried to connect using my wife’s account from her laptop.
It’s all the same.

change your connection and check again, try to connect your laptop to your phone data connection and see if the problem persists.
