I’m in the music industry and have been using Instagram automation to find artists but I keep getting the wrong type of artist or people who aren’t in the music business.
I figured it would be better to go directly to the source to find the talent so is there any Spotify api programs out there ?

Here is the API access (https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/object-model/) There seems to be a lot of information you can get, you can also utilise a search to perhaps narrow your results.

Set Up Your Account
To use the Web API, start by creating a Spotify user account (Premium or Free). To do that, simply sign up at www.spotify.com.
When you have a user account, go to the Dashboard page at the Spotify Developer website and, if necessary, log in. Accept the latest Developer Terms of Service to complete your account set up.
