Lost access to email, still know IG password

So basically I’ve lost access to the email account that I’ve registered my Instagam account with but I still know the password for the IG account.

Only problem is that IG wants me to verify that this is my IG account via email verification but as I said I can’t access it anymore.

Is there a workaround for this problem? Is there a way to reset the ‘suspicious login attempt’?

Would greatly appreciate your help!

Sadly there is no way around unless you had your phone number attached to your account.

I’m pretty sure I had at one point in the past. When I try to go the ‘Instagram Account Hacked’ route it always redirects me to the Help Center and I can’t report it for being hacked…
