Once you decide to join Major Phones’ platform, you must complete with valid information all of the fields required when creating an account in our website, and verify your account through the email provided on the registration process in order to start using our services. After this, you are responsible for maintaining the right control, protection and updates of your password and other information given to the platform, plus understanding how our services are presented and delivered to you.
Short-term numbers
After verifying and setting up your account correctly, you can purchase US and UK short-term numbers. Part of accepting our Terms and Conditions is to understand that the availability of our numbers may change at our discretion, since our short-term numbers may not be available all the time.
Major Phones only provides temporary phone numbers that subject to change at our own discretion. We do not take any responsibility for incidents that may arise from the use you give to our numbers, causing losses or damages of all kinds.
Our short-term numbers service only covers SMS verifications on different platforms. Once you purchase a number and enter it in your desired service, we will charge you right after you receive the verification code, which is why it is your responsibility to inform us if your assigned numbers are working as they are intended to by reporting to us any technical issues. You cannot re-use a number you purchased and already used because not all of our short-term numbers can be re-used. In case you wish to use a number more than once, we strongly recommend you to purchase a long-term number instead.
If you purchase a lot of numbers and don’t use them, we will consider this an alert of unusual activity. Our customer support will contact you inmediately through email and let you know. If you do not respond to the alert and keep on buying numbers without using them, we will deactivate your account for security purposes until you contact our customer support explaining the situation.

Long-term numbers
Once you properly register and verify your account, you can purchase US and UK long-term numbers, which are considered to be on loan for the period of time you indicate when making the purchase. This means that all of our numbers (short-term and long-term) do not belong to you.
If needed, we reserve the right to change the long-term numbers you purchase and/or prematurely end the rent period. Moreover, if you purchase a US long-term number and do not use it in less than 12 hours, we will cancel the number and you will automatically get a refund. 30-days US long-term numbers are the only ones that can be extended. Our long-term numbers are subject to what renting entails, including the length of the rent period and the price laid out on our FAQ page. We have the right to change these stipulations at our discretion.
Our service only covers SMS verifications for online services. As said on Short-term numbers, you will be charged after you receive the verification code. You must inform us if the numbers you purchased are working correctly by reporting any technical issues.
Some UK long-term numbers are not expandable and, therefore, refunds cannot be made once they have been purchased. In general, UK long-term numbers are not refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the virtual phone numbers you purchase from us are used to verify online accounts from different platforms, as it is permitted in these Terms and Conditions.
Purchases
Major Phones has implemented 7 different payment methods: Coinbase, Payeer, Perfect Money, Binance Pay, Alipay, Freekassa and Amazon Pay. In order to start using our services, you must recharge your account’s balance with the last-mentioned platforms. We do not take any responsibility for payments sent to wrong addresses or incorrect payment amounts.
Major Phones reserves the right to disable, modify and/or add new payment methods at any time. The prices of our services are subject to change at our discretion.
Refunds
In order to make refunds to our customers, we must review every single request. Major Phones reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason, such as numbers that have already received the SMS verification code, payments sent to wrong addresses and other kind of violation to our Terms and Conditions.
Moreover, we do not accept multiple payments at once, which is why we refund a partial or total amount of the balance to those users who make multiple recharges on our platform.
After the purchase, long-term numbers may become unavailable withing the rent period, which is why we will make refunds for the amount equivalent to the remaining time.
Suspension of your services
Major Phones reserves the right to suspend your access to any or all parts of the platform at our discretion.
The numbers provided to you by our website do not belong to you, and sharing them with others is extremely prohibited and considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions, which may cause an immediate termination of your account.
If you provide us false or misleading information about yourself, or use our services for illegal or improper use, we may suspend your account without previous notice.
