I was wondering what the best way/tool/software would be in terms of managing an account that has several thousand DMs and hundreds of requests daily.
Ideally, I’d be able to filter by date, last message sent and some other basic things but not sure if this is possible.

why you did not try Jarvee? you can use the contact tool for that.
You can do this with Jarvee. You should be able to easily manage your messages through the Direct Messages tool. There are some filters that can help you to easily sort messages.
You want to send or to answer to thousands of DMs? I haven’t understood you correctly.
Do you know of any saas tools that connect to it to manage multiple accounts across platforms all messages?
