What is the best way to grow twitter manually? Can you do f/uf and other actions? Does anyone know how many actions can you do per day?

Pick a niche. Tweet relevant stuff about it. Search for discussions on the topic. Comment the tweets of people you agree with and add something to what they said. Follow them. You can even tell them you just followed them. Wait a few days/weeks, unfollow the ones who don’t appear to notice that kind of stuff. Focus on accounts with low follow count, since those are more likely to notice you and follow back. Avoid flame wars.
