I have got this february the same situation, they took from my card about 400€.
After 3 months, I was randomly able to reach out the guy on Telegram, where he helped me to sort this refund out, it really took me a while but I got it.

The guy saw my messages and stopped replying. Thanks for the feedback, we can clearly see a pattern where they scam people by prelevating that type of amount.
I’ve been using these guys for around a year now and I haven’t had any problems with them - the story view feature works well for verified accounts and regular payments get taken.
Don’t worry! You will get a refund for sure, but it might take up to half a year to process.
i called my bank to file a Dispute for an service that charged me but didnt deliver the described results. i provided them with the service details and the transactions. 24hrs later i received email that the bank is taking action and i should be receiving my money back within 3 months (but it took them 5 months because the other side did not cooperate).

I’ve used this service for quite some time. Never had any real issues. Once they accidentally charged me twice but after I messaged them I got a refund. Sure the website isn’t a 100% trustworthy, but doesn’t feel like a money scam.
Then you must part of the lucky ones. I think we have enough proof under few hours to see that they are stealing money from their customers. Also, here is another screenshot showing the fact they don’t give a crap about their service reputation:
It’s been a week they are not replying but seeing the messages by the way. Also, the massviewing service is not even working on my end and all my clients received a message telling them they should change their password because they entered it in a phishing website.

Plus, it’s probably a Russian bank, so you’ll get 99% money back.
Quick update: I still don’t have my money back, owner of Masspoller never answered or looked to my messages and support said it’s because “he is busy” and I need to wait for my money back. + Masspoller is not even working 
Update: 3 months after, no refund obviously.
My bank will study this case (worse bank ever btw) in 15 days.

End of the story: My bank refused to give me back the money pretending I was the one asking for this service (lol) - banks being banks what ever.
I heard some people saying “you know I’m fine, I’ve a 2FA…” , I had it aswell but somehow they fucked it up and went through and I did not received any notification or code about this transaction.
Luckily, it was “only” 400 euros and it’s not important money for me.
Stay away from this service and thanks for the people trying to help me through those 3 months of waiting!

I get scammed to from them, i will report to my bank tomorrow, i hope they give me back the money…I get charged after 2 years since last subscription…i had no idea how they did it, i’m actualy afraid about my card security now, i have 3DS but they took money somehow 
He probably won’t answer you on Telegram, ask to their support on Facebook also. They are just willingly doing that
Their Facebook account is banned lol i tried to reach them on vk but no answers so far. The main issue is that my credit card has 3DS so how the fuck they get money from there?!
Did you ever subscribe to a service on any website? Once you enter your credit card (not via PP, but actual CC) the card gets charged every month or when the seller initiates a sale with your data. 3DS is not needed in that case, otherwise you would need to enter 3DS every month on every website you have a monthly subscription, for example.
I cancel the last subscription to masspoller in 2019…but yesterday i get charged for it even if i didn’t logine there since 2019 lol
I got 6 unauthorized charges today too!!! Please do let me know when you guys have his personal contact info. I contacted to all the emails and Whatssapp number that I have and i know they saw it but no response
