So I explained the situation and later they got back to me to send my full name, username, email and phone number. After that they sent me a mail about my case number. So honestly I hope they solve it. Cos that was all. That are only open on working days.

You can still spend the (I think currently it’s 25$) minimum amount on ads and contact them.
But in a genuine deserved ban the team will not be able to help, likewise you can use an existing IG account and run a bigger ad-campaign (100-200$) to get in touch with the Ad support and request assistance under the guise that wish to run ads on the disabled account
i got same on my account and after 24h i got possibility to fill in ruquest support , but when i fillin in , i put all they need but on my iphone i can not send it becouse my keyboard is on button to send request . nothing , i try all on kebord , also i try to find way to split keynoaed on iphone 11 , i cant, i cant put it down like on viber , i try all , i try to find way to minimize it .
