Message requests not loading - error

Hey all,
I’m having a problem with DMs on Instagram, message requests are not loading (I can see the number of them received) but can not load them and open them.
The error I get is “Couldn’t load requests” There was a network issue. Try again or check again later.“”

And this is happening for almost 10 days now.
I have tried all options, deleting the app, updating it, restarting the phone, etc…

The account is not using any automation, (never has)…

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Try opening the requests on mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi, or vice versa. If the count is still visible but opening it shows “Couldn’t load requests” and a network error, try the same Instagram account on another device or web. If it fails there too, report it through Instagram’s in-app “Report a problem” as a persistent account-side issue, noting that reinstalling, updating, and restarting haven’t helped in nearly 10 days.
