Hey guys serious question do you think tiktok gives you more engagement while you are on the app to keep you engaged? I’ve noticed I get tons of likes and follows while i have the app open. But If I close it for a hour and come back i have close to nothing.
This isnt always true and I can’t be sure because of limited testing but what do you guys think?

I’ve had one video slowly blow up over the course of a week and I haven’t noticed any differences between when I’m using or not using the app
I’ve had experience with both, where videos blow up while I’m using app, and while I put the phone in airplane mode. I think its just random, just like algorithm.
