And what I mean by one day I meant as in 4 days after the fact that I started everything -_- (not cool) can anyone help with their experience? How do you get past those moments where you post and just get 0 views?

This is not a shadowban. It’s common algorithm thing. We grow lots of TT accounts which they also get spikes of immense reach and views then 1 week nothing. Overall you will experience growth which is the key after all.
so you just keep posting throughout that week even though you get 0 views?
If TikTok posts have stayed at zero views for several days, don’t keep increasing your posting volume. Check that an existing post is public and visible to another viewer, then publish one ordinary post at your usual time and check its views after 24 hours. A short dip tells you little; another visible post stuck at zero merits investigating delivery before posting more.
