My Twitter account is blocked

My Twitter account is blocked more than 20 one day, and I just follow and tweet (the tweet contains short video links of other accounts) , retweet the main account’s tweet; what is the reason?

  1. The pattern is a plausible trigger, not a confirmed cause: repeated follows, similar tweets linking to other accounts’ short videos, and concentrated retweets of the main account can look like unusually repetitive activity to Twitter. That may produce temporary action restrictions.

  2. Check the exact notice at the point of failure. If Twitter only stops a follow, tweet, or retweet and later permits it, that points to an action limit or temporary restriction. If it requires verification or says the account is locked or suspended, that is a different account state. What does the notice say verbatim?

For each Twitter restriction, record the time, the action you had just attempted, and approximately how many follows, tweets, and retweets you made immediately beforehand. Include whether the tweets contained short-video links. Then compare the incidents: does the restriction consistently follow one action, or does it appear only after a combination, such as follows followed by link tweets and retweets? That gives you a narrower pattern to test than the total number of actions in a day, without assuming any fixed threshold or confirmed cause.
