I need someone to help me set up my new Jarvee license today. I have contacted them via email but it’s taking days as their email response is too poor.

Try to send another email. I think that they get overloaded with emails on a daily basis so they are missing out few. maybe sending 1 email every day can increase your chance to get an answer.

If the plan you are going to subscribe to is not within the plans available, you need to contact their support for custom plans.
Have you gotten a response yet? You should always get a response within 24 hours.
If you’re a returning customer, you can log log in to your online account and renew your license from there.
How do you mean, what kind of help do you need? They usually reply to me within 1 hour, whenever I’ve contacted them in the past.
it can’t be if they received the email the maximum would be 24 hours you need to make sure that the email is sent correclty and you will get a reply quickly
