Am i allowed to answer this without being level 2?
There are a ton of people that can do this… there is a marketplace on mpsocial but only for level 2 users. Also black hat world has an open marketplace. I’m sure the quality varies quite a lot, and prices I have seen run from $2.50 to $4.50 per child account per month. I looked into that too, but found it was going to be better to create and manage the child accounts myself so I have better control over the process and interactions… not to mention it’s a lot cheaper.
