Hey - I have a client who (for reasons unknown) has not been able to login to her IG app on her Android. She is flipping out. I do not have an Android so I am troubleshooting via google/YT without much success.
At first she was getting the UNKNOWN NETWORK ERROR after trying to login - now she is just getting a blank white screen.
Is there anyone here with an Android and the knowledge of Android that can help? I will pay for your time. This can be done via FB or Skype chat - or preferably over the phone.
Tell her to try deleting it and reinstalling it. (reffering to the insta app)
If that don’t work
Turn off phone and back on. Sounds like a connection issue. As in to her phone with either her Wifi/3g/4g connection.
I had that problem a couple times before the issue is that she as is that her phone ISP or whatever has been blocked from the Instagram App. The only way to fix that is for her to Factory Reset her phone in order to get that new “Mobile ISP”. Good luck.
I had to reset my phone and an ipad, i most def feel her pain lol. Maybe tell her to be more careful about what she does with her account.
edit: Make sure she backup everything to her google account and log in thru a different account first to download the app and log in to make sure she doesn’t get quote on quote ban automatically again.
