Direct on phone 4g not plugged into any software at the moment

I would use the Instagram support to ask them to fix the problem, ive seen other people having success with that on here and removing temp blocks etc.

Go into settings, then help. Then press something isn’t working.

Thanks have found it now.

The owners of the account use Later to post schedule. any of my accounts where I have had major problems on all seem to schedule posts. I wonder if it affects trust score or something?

Agree - there doesnt seem to be any pattern… based from weeks of reading…

  1. Whether 4g, res, or dc sounds like everyones getting blocks, personal 4g seems to be the best way
  2. EB or API both getting blocks, unless you literally do it manually which makes no sense
  3. AC everywhere
  4. Some cant do 1 follow, some follow over 200 a day
  5. Low or high settings seem to both get block (ive tried fast 20+ per hour or even under 10)

Literally cannot find any correlation and it feels like it just depends on what kind of mood IG is on that particular day… 'member before June when everything is good? :stuck_out_tongue:

remember those days when i went for 600 follows a day and I didnt have to go to J for days because everything went smooth? hahahahaha crying and dying on the inside emoji face

Most of clients dont trust in such services anymore but they still wont buy ads as its too expensive and not everyone is business selling products…

Another strange account compromised on a customer account yesterday.

Hasn’t been on JV since beginning of Aug, we were doing some manual unfollowing daily

Then yesterday I get an account compromised message in app.
It didn’t make any sense, customer knows we aren’t using any software at the moment
Customer mentions that they were asked for their insta password the day before by their web developers (they are having a new site built)
Turns out that web developers had connected the Instagram account to magento in the dev site.

We get the account compromised message the next morning…

Is insta picking up any non app connections as untrusted software now?

can you check if working client accounts are not in your contact persons of your phone?

totally agree AC = too many connections on same account.

Also dont believe that, instagram are not always sure its a bot. Allot of people use browsers as well both for normal reasons and automated reason. I use it for bot and do some special scripts my self. I believe just take it easy for a while and dont push it and it will be fine.

I noticed you got the ‘compromised’ pop up & had to change your password. A few clients have gotten that over the last 6 weeks & I know it is troubling. The worst that has happened to clients that continued with promotion is a 1 to 7 day action block & for most clients that did not even happen. When clients did get an action block, it cleared & has not returned. Instagram is making it tougher to do what we do but there have not been more severe actions. No one is being suspended or banned. I am in contact with dozens of social media promoters like me, no on is reporting more severe issues.

I do believe it is safe to continue with promotion & I will need your new password if you want to continue.

This is the message I send to clients
You need to stop trying to force Follow/u to work for your clients, their are other tools that can be used
I get 1 to 3 AC situations per week & manage promotion for nearly 300 client pages

Eventho it really helps. Some rest (more than a week) helps a lot aswell. I could get accounts back to life after a full week of rest, and i thought them dead ehe

SOLUTION:
It sounds like Instagram is targeting accounts with any heavy activities. I think they are assuming you are using a program if you are not following the guidelines. To avoid this, use proper calculations and make sure your activities are as humane as possible.

For example:
200 Follow limit per day - STAY UNDER 200
60 Follow Limit per - START AT 5/Hour UP TO 30/Hour (YOU CAN INCREASE TO UP TO 50/HOUR)

DO NOT BE GREEDY, ALWAYS STAY BELOW THE LIMITS, RANDOMIZE YOUR ACCOUNTS SO IT’S NOT REPEATING THE SAME ACTIONS AS A ROBOT WOULD.

INSTAGRAM IS NOT PLAYING!
SO PLEASE BE EASY AND STAY SAFE!
