lot let say I take my old acc, rename it,and make new one with the same old name,no bad effects ?
I think the username doesn’t affect the account trust score. Each account has its own history, Instagram will just see your new account as new account and they won’t care about the actions you did on your old account.

I don’t have experience in such case to confirm it, but I would agree on what @ossi said, I don’t think this should have any bad affects on the account.

If it did, this would mean that on the other hand, you can inherit a good trust score by changing to a good username

No bad effects. You may have to wait 14 days to claim that name on a new account, not sure if IG still has that protective measure in place.
As said above, all accounts have their own unique history & trust scores.
So focus more on how you create that new account.
