I can’t confirm that, but I can confirm that the accounts i have set & forgot with settings like that were all banned within a year. Gotta be unconsistent, like a real user would be.

Update:
Still no blocks - following 180-195 per day, then unfollowing 180-195 per day using automatic follow / unfollow.
Likes - doing like after follow so about 50-100 likes per day.
I suspend the tool for 60-90 minutes if I get a temp block.
Next steps:
- I will start doing follow by day, unfollow at night, to have 150-200 of each per day in the next few days and let you guys know. 60/hour, 400/day combined follow/unfollow actions seems to be the limit.
- Will start liking my own followers content for engagement. Will like comments on accounts with 100-1,000 followings for growth.
What are the limits?;
Follows - some people are doing 300/day, @itsyourtime reports 700/day but has not passed 6k/30 days yet.
Likes - @ariel_blanco seems to think 30/hour and 700/day is ok, going by his everliker settings.
