So I just noticed today and Ig now has a location tag listed on the top of the bio page saying where it is located. Mine is now saying based out of Thailand because that is where my proxies are running out of. Is there any way to change this?
That information is usually taken from Edit Profile -> Contact options -> Business Address
In my case they are taking my location from where my proxies are running
I couldn’t find that, can you share a screenshot that shows this location thing maybe I don’t have it in my country yet.
I don’t think you can change it unless you change the on that account.
I figured out a way around it, sort of. You can go into settings and choose to not share your locations so now under my profile name is says “Based in: Not shared”. It used to say “Based in Thailand” even though I’m in California.
