It is good that they are upping the ante. More quality spam fighting is good for all of us, users and account owners.

yes, but i think this comments are delete fast too 
I find bad comments and boring spam accounts annoying and also report these.
Myself take a lot of time for my comment strategy so that this is perfect and adapted to the goal.
