Looks like they just copied the Instagram reporting menu over to FB and added “Fake news” as an item 
So much for innovation.

well it probably took 1-2 year of debate whether to do it or not 
@Zeema interesting, but it’s still based on the community, the people that wanted to report posts before could do it, i guess the same people will report now, maybe easier.
