Hey! I have a question: How can I get my videos to appear on the Instagram Reels page? I’ve already tried posting several videos across different accounts, each created with fresh SIM card on a freshly installed phone. Additionally, I’ve warmed up these accounts by manually following users, liking posts, and sending DMs without using any bots. Despite these efforts, one of my accounts, which is about 5 years old, still receives no views or likes.
How good are your videos? I mean, how’s engagement, do you post regularly?
If your videos are not good enough, nobody watches them and algo pushes your channel down as irrelevant, and that’s why they don’t appear in the Reels page.
^^ massively underrated reply! The missing link for MANY that focus on theme pages is the content foundations.
Bad content gets a bad result. What is bad content?
-
no it’s not always about the edit
-
context, content and caption.
Context:
is the video you’re posting a super technical marketing strategy? If it’s dull, and hard to digest and would fit better on YouTube, that’s where it should be.
Is it feel good, quick to internalize business content? Can someone instantly click with it? Can a majority of people in that niche of viewers understand it?
Content:
Is the video actually relevant? Meaning: do viewers actually care? Remember IG is a fast platform, whereas YouTube is slow.
Cadence matters, if your video is great but content wise it’s very dense, you’ll need to consider if what you’re posting is actually FOR IG Reels
Caption:
Are you begging for an action from the users? IE: Like if you agree, comment your thoughts, send me a dm, click the link
^^ avoid this.

Be more casual OR use caption glitches if they apply to your Niche like Mercedes CLR…
