So, seems like the new updates has been released with the unfollow fix. However, I am running 100’s of client accounts and around 30-40% is not able to unfollow - issue not fixed at all.
Deleting the accounts manually is taking a lot of time and undoable for all these clients.
How are you guys solving the unfollow issue? For one account it is getting already 5 times in a row the page:

This has been the biggest problem for me since 5th may. If I am not able to unfollow, I am not able to follow. Are there more people having this problem?
For a few 100’s accounts? And export every night all the users followed by mp? In that case I think I have to go search for another auto software program that is able to fix a bug (or at least reply) in order to unfollow.
The reason you are not able to unfollow through EB is because a simple bug. You will see a page:

This is because the username is changed or the account is deleted. It does not go automatically to the next one but stay stuck.
It would be great if someone could fix this bug so we can unfollow again using EB. However, the support team communicates they fixed this update during the last update but it is not fixed for anybody. Because they think it is fixed they are not looking in to this anymore, this is the first time I am very concerned. We should all send emails to the support team.
Almost none. I know exactly what the problem is. It is because of changed usernames/deleted accounts. It is a small bug that should be easy to fix for the mp team.
