Open new Ig account advice please

Hi folks, i know the question may seem to be stupid but after all the IG changes, which is the best way to open a new account for a client? This account will be managed from Facebook Creator Studio and will be not using any bot.

Should it be opened by the client or it is safe to open it with a different sim card i own?

I don’t think it’s important. You’ll use phone to create it, right? Did you create many accounts on that phone? If not, then nothing to worry about.
