Here’s a weird thing man this software is so buggy these days. Have an account that got *Failed to execute follow - account not logged in. Reset device id and clear cookies and verify the account and it’s valid. However I open the EB and enter the exact same credentials and it says incorrect password?
IG APIs accept typos in the password, their desktop site doesn’t. That’s why
Same here, one of my clients account has password incorrect today.
How does that make sense? They allow wrong passwords???
Only some kind of typos. Improved user experience I guess.
Certain things…API passwords for example are not case sensitive.

Same problem - Valid acount, all good
I enable actions, says login error, I go to embedded broswer, same password, says its invalid?
But its valid with social profile settings.
Anyone else have this issue?

I had this issue a little while ago. Not sure why it happened randomly, but I fixed it pretty quickly.
- Clear your cookies
- Login to the account via mobile device app
- Change the password in the app
- Try and login again on JV
Worked for me. Good luck!
