I HONESTLY tried to be civil with this woman. I DMd her and made sure I took the action necessary to squash “our beef” and have come up with more hate coming from her followers.
I turned off my post for tomorrow to let the tensions ease and have been collecting a list of all the PJWs that have been acting on her behalf.

Should always give credit and tag them when you can. Keeps everyone happy and gets you a little boost through their tagged post sections.
Why not simply give credit when posting pics, that’s simple. And no matter what you do, you can’t win in this situation, you are breaking Instagram TOS, they might or might not take your account down. If you only reposted few posts, they will just remove them.
Giving credit does not make it less against TOS, let’s be serious.
This whole situation is a waste of time and effort. If this woman is making the pictures herself, she owns the rights to them. That being the case, she can choose to take action against anyone sharing them, credit or no credit.
Just don’t use her pictures and that’s that. There are 100s of ways to “get back at her” but 100% of them are going to be a total waste of your time.
Learn from her content, make your own.
