That’s why when u start to follow them - almost all of them see your page and interact with it. In case targeting is right - u will get a lot of engagement and new followers. In case of targeting is wrong - they will also “interact” with your page, but not the way u expect for

Oh so you are saying what causes the issues is not the following of the private users, but that they report you?
Just a take a look - why people make their pages private ?
In general cuz they are tired of its endless spam: follow, likes, comments, DMs offers to buy something or check the link in bio and so on and so on. They just want to use IG for fun to communicate with friends and nothing else.

In my opinion. Simple resting is not always good. Its much better to stop actions for a few days, then super slowly rewarm account with story tool. And only 1 week later to start “follow” and “like” tools. At least this way im running the accs
