Post in random groups

Hi, I have 2 FB accounts with a total of 1050 groups, I want to post the same message in all of them, how can I achive that?

In the past I made 7 destiny lists with 200 groups each, one for each day week.

Today I have only 1 destiny list with 1050 groups, I want to post in random groups to not repeat the same message day by day.

You can choose “delete destination” after a post has been posted. Then it can’t post to that group again.
