I am looking for a tool which notifies instantly when any celebrity has posted an image so that i can self promote quickly… Coz refreshing feed does not work perfectly for me… I was thinking if there is any tool please suggest
hahaha you can do this directly in IG 
you have to follow the account and than next to followed button is a small arrow on which you can open a menu with and there you can set up notifications.

but if he wanna do it with slaves then it can’t be done unless he knows when competitor post so he automate his slave comment in the right time for last post of his target account
