if i have 3 fb accounts with the same proxy , can i use all 3 to post in the same time?

Yes, 3 accounts on one IP/proxy should be fine. Just don’t overdo it.
20-30 posts per account per day. Use spinning syntax. Make sure you have at least 15-20 minutes delay between each post.
