Does anyone have any experience posting email addresses for people to contact you rather than links (via Facebook)]
Is it possible for the email or my FB accounts to get banned? If I post with 100 FB accounts say 6 times a day?
Should I spin the email address and if so - would it be ok to use the same domain and different name i.e 1@massplanner.com 2@massplanner.com
Any help would be much appreciated

Back in a while, I used one gmail email address to create multiple social accounts. This trick still works and you can create 100's of social profiles with just one email address.
Here's what you need to do:
Create one gmail address, for example, jessicasimpson@gm…
Anyway, I don’t think you’ll get a lot of emails
Who knows, if you try, it might work, if you don’t try, it won’t work for sure
people are just too lazy to copy/paste email and send you a message,but don’t let me discourage you, it’s just my opinion.
