Usage of the signature token
Simply use parameter signature in your API requests. Example:
https://mydomain.com/yourls-api.php?signature=Mysignaturetoken&action=…

If you don’t get info here, you should contact Jarvee support, from there you will get help faster 
as Bianca said, try to contact Jarvee support and provide them with the necessary screenshots of how you set everything they should be able to help you.
I did and they forwarded the message to their Developer team and they still not back to me.
And this is way i posted a thread to know if anyone using this Yourls accounts currently.
