Profile category and contact info does not show

Hi, I really hope that you can help me!
I have updated my personal account to a business account, I also have a FB business page which I have linked to Instagram. The link works fine as I am able to post from Instagram to Facebook.

The problem is that the profile category and contact info on my profile does not show up!

Does it take time for it to register, or what am I doing wrong?

try the classic turn-off and turn back on

Already did that. Still not working. Is it because I have so few followers hehe

Usually it shows up directly when you switch to business. Have you double checked if you really submitted the change or maybe you missed a button?

Otherwise, you might need to provide a category and one contact email or phone number first by going on edit profile. I remember having to do it manually the first time I switched to business

I have double checked that I have a business account. Every other feature is available. The only thing I noticed is that I can not see any interactions under acitivities in insight. But everything else works.

I also just tried to change my other (personal) profile to business and it is the same. I even tried to create a new facebook page to see if that did something. But no :frowning:

I also added the category and contact information but it did not show up one my profile.

Aah this is just so frustrating!
