Promote freelance services using dm?

I was wondering how do you guys promote using the dm method without getting your freelance service page url blocked.
Do you guys just send your link when they seem interested or is there an other way around?

I think the best way is to put your link in bio and try to make them check it.

Using your link many times with dm’s might be a bad idea at some point, but I think it depends on the trust Instagram has for the website you work with.
