Yes, you can use them. There are people still using DC proxies even for account management without any issues.
Or to put it in other words: as long as your accounts “behave” nicely, you can use any type of proxy.
I have mixed experience with this
DC proxies won’t work 80% of the time even with enough warmup and good settings
use ipv6 and ipv4 datacenter proxies
