Proxy and VPN Doubt - Torguard

If I use a VPN in my computer for regular navigation (Torguard)

and I do have a program which uses proxies to log-into the Instagram accounts, will the accounts log-in with the proxies or with the VPN?

should log in with proxy but it depends on exactly how the two programs are configured I guess

You mean use VPN with proxies?
The IP will be the proxies for you use browser to surf online!
When you set up proxies, easily check the IP will know that.
