Is by just creating it. You DM each and every of your competitors with a brief message explaining what an EG is and why they should be into it… and that’s pretty much it. Why would you waste time on telegram pods with shitty comments when you can build one from scratch in your specific niche?

Yes! That’s what I’m trying to do now. It is also quite fun trying to build a community and be “social”.
Not in a group yet but working on it! 
I started from a 3 people group and scaled up to 30+ active people in no time. It’s a no brainer, telegram groups are a huge waste of energy.

Biggest limit in using DMs is the max number of partecipants… I have requests from accounts that would bring us to easily double the current amount!
Say if we have full and active 30 people in a DM group. I think it’s also beneficial for our account by increasing engagement rate?
