I have a question regarding the links in the Facebook posts and I am interested to get an answer from someone who posts links frequently and has an audience of at least 10k on Facebook.

Any significant differences in reach/engagement?
I need to build a Real Estate page and I am interested to promote the website from time to time, but for now I just know Facebook kills the reach / engagement if you post links in captions straight away.
